What do you think is the evolution of artificial intelligence, now and in the future?

AI is already a long time being researched but today we have the HW and SW to actually have machines teach themselves stuff. Even though a lot of it is hyped, there is no denying that machines will become more powerful in learning (think Intel wants to achieve 100 times faster learning by 2020) and will slowly be able to take over the most simple jobs. Warehouses, where items arrive and get shipped, did get almost completely automated over the past few years. Hence AI will become smarter than humans and will -over time- not require human development anymore because the machine itself will be better and faster in developing AI and machine learning than any human being on the planet. It is an exponential curve but we are now progressing noticeably.
